Philly Mayor: Earth Is Flat, Caitlyn Jenner Is a Woman, &c.

David: I think you really jumped to conclusions there, about the Philly shooter. After all, the mayor/Grand Mufti of Philadelphia, Jim Kenney, was very clear:

Last night’s shooting had nothing to do with any faith. It was a violent assault by a criminal. I urge all Philadelphians to stand together.

He even reiterated the fruits of his careful theological study in a press conference: “In no way shape or form does anyone in this room believe that Islam or the teaching of Islam has anything to do with what you’ve seen on the screen.”

Meanwhile, Philly police commissioner Richard Ross: “According to him [the shooter], police bend laws that are contrary to the teachings of the Quran.”

Let’s face it: We simply may never know this shooter’s motive.
