Bush, as I write at Bloomberg today, has made the right choices on health care. He has a plan to replace Obamacare and reduce the federal role in health care without causing people, especially those with pre-existing conditions, to lose their insurance coverage. I liked Scott Walker’s plan too. But now that he is out, Bush has the best plan in the field.
