I was on Special Report tonight and I was supposed to pick a winner and loser of the week. Alas, I didn’t have much time to discuss my winner, Bretagne. She’s the last surviving 9/11 search-and-rescue dog. The great folks at Barkpost helped organize her trip to NYC where she was treated like royalty for her Sweet 16.
