After getting his facts wrong about Senator Rubio’s tax plan in Tuesday’s debate, Senator Paul istrying a new line of attack: Rubio supposedly would give the child tax credit to illegal immigrants. One problem is that Rubio has specified that illegal immigrants won’t be eligible for the credit. Another is that Rubio has sponsored legislation to cut off illegal immigrants who are getting the credit now. One of his co-sponsors: Senator Paul.
