No offense to Jean Jullien and the thousands of people sharing this image on social media, who undoubtedly want to offer a message of hope and solace to the victims and everyone traumatized by the attacks. But the bottom line is that there is no peace in Paris, and there will be no peace in Paris until the threat is defeated — or “neutralized,” to use the term of French authorities last night.
